We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

The information in the listings pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product.
5. Purchase Policy
By checking out on madebyaliens.xyz, you agree that madebyaliens.xyz is not responsible for any physical, spiritual, internal, and external injuries, allergies, or sensitivities from the use of products sold on this website. Customers are encouraged to read and understand all ingredients listed on individual product listing before making their purchase.
6. Cancellation, Refunds & Return Policy
Orders may be cancelled if order have not been fulfilled and processed within 3-5 business days. This does not apply to ‘Pre-orders’.
Due to hygiene reasons, madebyaliens.xyz do not accept any refunds, exchanges and/or returns. All products will indefinitely be checked and double checked before mailing them to customers. However, if customers are not satisfied with their purchases, they are free to drop an email to madebyaliens.xyz@gmail.com and the best solution will be provided whenever possible.
7. Pricing Policy
All prices stated on our site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). If we provide you with currency conversions, those amounts are estimates only. The actual currency exchange rate applied will be the rate charged / applied by the payment gateway and/or the credit card companies and/or the issuing bank.
The prices of our products are subject to change without notice.
8. Termination or Suspension of your Account
A breach or violation of any of the Terms of Service will result in an immediate termination of your account with us.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

12. Law and Jurisdiction Clause
The Contracts and these Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
It is expressly agreed that the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Sale of Goods (United Nations Convention) Act shall be excluded from the Contracts.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the site and/or these Terms of Service and/or the Contracts, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with Singapore laws. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Singapore Law Society Arbitration Rules current at the time when the arbitration proceedings are commenced.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is hereby agreed that we have the right to commence suit, action or proceedings against you in any jurisdiction or jurisdictions whether concurrently or not. For the avoidance of doubt, it is noted that any proceedings whosoever against or involving us shall be instituted by you solely by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the preceding paragraph.
